The Addictions Institute San Francisco Clinical Consultation Group

For Bay Area clinicians interested in addiction recovery as a process from active use to ongoing sobriety through trauma, attachment and developmental theoretical lenses. Includes presentation and discussion of clinical questions, dilemmas and cases of clients and patients affected by substance use or addiction. This supportive and collegial group began in 2020 and meets monthly throughout the year.

Designed for various professionals in the field of addiction treatment and recovery, this group will support participants to develop and deepen their knowledge of addiction recovery theory and practice in their discipline. The process of recovery from active addiction to ongoing sobriety through trauma, attachment and developmental lenses will be highlighted. Case presentations, professional dilemmas and questions are welcomed. The group kicked off in Summer 2024 and meets monthly year round.
